Golf Betting Tips

Russian Open and Canadian Open

No bets this week. In Canada the market is top heavy. It is difficult to separate the guys at the top and the value further down doesn’t look overly competitive. If Dustin Johnson had not let us down so badly down the stretch last week I would have been tempted again but the price is short enough. He still has some serious rivals to dispatch in Furyk, Kuchar, McDowell, Schwartzel and last years winner, Snedeker. All apart from Snedeker have shown enough recently to be big dangers. Nothing stands out as a good bet so I’m not going to be a player.

In Russia it is just a very weak field and there is no one I can really make a decent argument for. I don’t want to try and pick a player or two for an interest. I would just be guessing and its best just to sit out this week. A bit boring I know, sorry.

My advice comes with a point system to rate the strength of a tip. A 1 point bet means placing your usual stake, so if you would consider your normal bet being £10 then a point signifies £10.
